Your new role
My client is seeking temporary support to provide cover during a period of annual leave. The role involves receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages in an accurate and timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and dispatching outgoing mail, including recorded, special delivery, and international post Operating franking machines and ensuring correct postage is applied Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments where required Providing courier and general logistics support
What you’ll need to succeed

Previous experience in a mail room, logistics, or similar operational role is desirable Experience using franking machines or courier booking systems is advantageous Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic IT skills, including email, tracking systems, and spreadsheets Excellent communication and customer service skills
