Administrative Support Executive: AI & Operations Part-Time/Hybrid Essex £35,000 (pro-rata)

We’re working with a forward-thinking flexible workspace office broker to find an EA with a difference. This isn’t a standard admin role, our client is actively embracing AI platforms to streamline their systems and processes, and they need someone who can support that journey from the ground up.

Two days a week, based in their Essex office, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who combines strong administrative foundations with a genuine curiosity, or hands-on experience, in AI tools.

What You’ll Be Doing
Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business Supporting the adoption and implementation of AI platforms and tools Helping to streamline internal systems and processes Acting as a key organisational resource across the team
What We’re Looking For
Proven administration experience in a professional environment A good working understanding of AI tools and platforms; whether through direct use or a strong personal interest Highly organised, with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently across a part-time schedule Based within a commutable distance of the RM postcode area
