Accounts Assistant

12 Month Rolling Contract – Perm

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support a growing finance team in a busy and fast-paced environment. This role will involve invoice processing, reconciliations, month-end support, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices and journals Prepare accruals and prepayments Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations Support month-end processes Investigate invoice queries and discrepancies Maintain accurate finance records and documentation Assist with VAT and overhead reporting
Requirements
Previous Accounts Assistant or finance experience Strong Excel skills High attention to detail Experience with ERP systems such as Navision or Business Central preferred Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively
