Your responsibilities as Account Manager

– Manage a portfolio of established customers following implementation and deployment
– Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing support and relationship management
– Monitor engagement levels and account performance to support retention and continued success
– Gather customer feedback and usage insights to support product and service improvements
– Identify opportunities to increase system adoption and expand service utilisation
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we\’re looking for in an Account Manager

– Previous experience in account management, customer success or client services
– Experience within a technology, software, SaaS or solutions-based environment
– Strong communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face interactions
– Experience using CRM systems, business software and Microsoft Excel
– Ability to manage multiple customer priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
