Your responsibilities as Account Manager

– Manage and convert qualified inbound enquiries
– Understand client requirements and produce tailored workspace options
– Coordinate and host property viewings and tour schedules
– Negotiate commercial terms with landlords and workspace operators
– Oversee opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion
– Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline updates

What we\’re looking for in an Account Manager

– Previous sales or client-facing commercial experience within property, flexible workspace, B2B services or a related sector
– Strong negotiation experience with the ability to secure positive commercial outcomes
– Experience managing multiple live opportunities simultaneously
– Ability to build tailored proposals and recommendations based on client requirements
– Previous experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and activity

This a hybrid working role (Lichfield office), with some London travel required.
