Client and Role Overview
Our client is an industry leader in branding with global corporations to produce print & packaging with noteworthy brand recognition. The company’s operations are located across North America, Canada, Europe and Asia.

You will be a commercial thinker with boundless energy and be responsible for ensuring existing clients’ needs are met in accordance to Service Level Agreements.
Key Responsibilities Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship. Maintain client satisfaction and retention to agreed targets. Actively seek to increase the services offered and increase the income generated to agreed individual and team targets. Have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of the full client portfolio. Develop processes that help to accurately forecast upcoming workloads. Facilitate client meetings, including face to face meetings, telephone, conference calls and email communications. Employ excellent listening and probing questioning skills to fully understand the client and their industry sector, the client’s products and services, and the client’s marketing objectives. Ensure all clients receive timely, high quality reporting from the quality team on a monthly and quarterly basis. Promote professionalism through manner, appearance and delivery and always keep promises. Qualifications and Experience
The ideal applicant will have:
Proven track record in a previous Key Account Manager / Account Director role within a fast paced, high volume turnover sector. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret client briefs and expedite necessary areas of the business to meet client timelines. A strong analytical mind with the ability to foresee problems early and implement suitable counter measures. Experience in FMCG, printing or packaging background. Knowledge of POS is required. Willingness to challenge the status quo, bring fresh ideas, and collaborate with others to improve processes. Employment Details
