There will be a strong focus on vegan and vegetarian friendly dishes, produced on local ingredients in harmony with nature and balance with the environment and sustainability.At Restaurant Ansvar, you become part of a team that is passionate about and takes great pride in the food served. You will help to create a vegetable-oriented menu at a high level, which is always based on seasonal ingredients. The kitchen is handled by our head chef with experience from Denmark and abroad, including several Michelin restaurants.

• Preparation of hot and cold dishes of high quality
• Being the face of the kitchen in the restaurant, for example when refilling buffets, slicing meat and presenting menus
• Self-checks
• Receipt of goods
• Teaching trainees and new colleagues
