You will help to create a vegetable-oriented menu at a high level, which is always based on seasonal ingredients. The kitchen is handled by our head chef with experience from Denmark and abroad, including several Michelin restaurants.We know that you have a simmering desire to make a difference and that you have a razor-sharp edge in the kitchen. - Preparation of hot and cold dishes of high quality
- Being the face of the kitchen in the restaurant, for example when refilling buffets, slicing meat and presenting menus
- Self-checks
- Receipt of goods
- Teaching trainees and new colleagues
