THE 3rd LINE IT SUPPORT ENGINEER JOB:
This job is for a very capable engineer seeking a lot of responsibility and seniority:

– Project management of new clients with pre-project planning and work-briefings
– Integrating and solving problems in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server, Exchange, SQL, IIS, VPNs, firewalls, backups and more.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

– Extensive significant IT support experience
– A good communicator, particularly when dealing with non-technical customers
– Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and deployment
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure
– Strong knowledge of server operating systems
– Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac troubleshooting and configuration
– Ideally, knowledge of networking and firewalls
– Must be London based.
– We highly value previous experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
