IT Support Engineer (Windows/Linux)

We are looking to speak with 2 nd Line Support Engineers with experience of supporting Linus and WIndows devices.

This role is focused on EUC Support so you don t have to have experience with the Server side but you will be asked to troubleshoot and fix 2 nd Line issues with Windows and Linux endpoints.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience building and supporting both Operating Systems and be available to be on site 5 days per week in London.

Key Requirements & Skills
Experience: Hands-on experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or a similar 2nd Line role. Technical Proficiencies: M365 / O365 Windows OS Linux – Ubuntu AD/EntraID Group Policy Solid foundational or advanced knowledge of Linux OS administration. Device Build Scripting Config Management TCP/IP DNS Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users.
