Second Line IT Support

An established professional services organisation is looking for a Second Line IT Support professional to join its growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced support professional to work across a modern Microsoft environment, supporting users while assisting with infrastructure, security and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues
* Troubleshoot desktop, networking, printer and remote access problems
* Support Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Teams
* Assist with server, cloud and network administration
* Support software deployments, upgrades and IT projects
* Apply security updates and assist with cyber security initiatives
* Maintain accurate documentation and deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
* Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange Online
* Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and VPNs
* Experience supporting end-user devices
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Intune, Hyper-V/VMware and Backup and Disaster Recovery Technologies would be desirable.
* Full UK driving licence
