We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for a student to join our Hilton Luxury Brands Team on a 12-month placement.

From day one, you will be fully integrated into Team Hilton. Our placements offer vast exposure and opportunities, including networking with senior executives, involvement in regional conferences and for some, international travel.

Based in our EMEA headquarters, Watford, you will be part of a cohort of 50 Interns and take part in regular connect meetings and feedback sessions designed to support your development. You will benefit from a subsidised restaurant, a games area and a free in-house gym.

The Opportunity

As a Hilton Luxury Brands Intern, you will gain hands on exposure to the day to day operations of the EMEA luxury brand team, working with some of the world’s most renowned luxury brands, including Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, and LXR. You will work closely with hotel teams and regional leadership, providing timely guidance, resources, and brand related expertise.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to experience luxury brand management in practice – contributing to hotel openings, brand standards governance, performance monitoring, and activation of brand programmes – while developing strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills within a dynamic, cross functional environment.

In this role, you will work on:

Brand Operations & Hotel Support

  • Contribute to new hotel opening activities by monitoring luxury brand opening tasks, tracking progress against brand milestones, and working with cross‑functional teams to deliver successful openings.
  • Manage the regional brand support inbox, ensuring accurate and timely responses to operational and brand-related enquiries from hotels.
  • Support the regional brand waiver review process, tracking submissions and follow ups in line with agreed timelines.

Performance, Standards & Governance

  • Review monthly guest experience metrics to identify trends and support the team in highlighting performance opportunities.
  • Maintain the Brand Standards Tracker, supporting consistent implementation of brand requirements across the region.
  • Ensure regional brand guidelines and reference documents remain current and aligned with global standards.

Brand Programmes, Resources & Communication

  • Assist with the strategic activation of key brand programmes, including brand positioning initiatives and the rollout of global brand signatures.
  • Maintain and update the Luxury Brand Resources platform, ensuring hotel leaders have access to current tools, materials, and brand documentation.
  • Assist in developing internal presentations that showcase brand initiatives, key achievements, and team impact.
  • Support the delivery of brand personality and culture programmes across the region.
  • Draft clear hotel communications to convey key updates and drive stakeholder engagement.

Brand & Central Operations Team Support

  • Support the preparation of weekly updates on Brand & Central Operations initiatives by gathering inputs and organizing information for senior stakeholder communications.

Salary & Benefits: £26,000 Gross PA & private healthcare.

Location: EMEA Regional Headquarters, Watford. Our placements are office based with flexibility offered across some teams

What are we looking for?

  • A strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.
  • A current Bachelor’s or Master’s student with a required 12-month year in industry placement as part of your degree – Hospitality, Business Management or Marketing degree is preferred
  • Availability to start 13th of July 2026, full-time, for a 12-month placement.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK. If you are a non-UK national, without EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status then you will need to be studying at a UK university to be eligible to undertake a placement here.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
  • Quick learner with a proactive, detail oriented mindset
