We are currently recruiting 2 x Admin Officers for our client based Carrickfergus. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Key Responsibilities:
The role of the First Contact Team is to assist with greeting customers and dealing with general enquiries relating to benefits.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Proof of certs required) Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills.
A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
