Develop detailed knowledge of the luxury brand and other competitive vehicle ranges Manage the entire sales process, from initial customer engagement to closing sales and managing customer expectations regarding delivery times Handle all sales documentation accurately in line with dealership standards Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business Ensure display vehicles are well presented, clean, and maintained to high standards Provide outstanding customer care throughout the sales journey, ensuring a positive experience for all clients Requirements for the Car Sales Executive:
Proven track record in motor trade sales or transferable customer-focused sales experience Target-driven attitude with a strong desire to exceed sales goals Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Charismatic, confident, with the ability to multitask efficiently Motivated to learn about new vehicle technologies and sales techniques Professional attitude and a customer-first approach are essential
