Job Overview

* Provide 1:1 support to a child in an Early Years setting.
* Significant impact on a child’s development.
* Full-time, temporary (until at least December 2025, with potential extension).

Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging and supportive learning experiences.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress.

Qualifications

* Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
* Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) – Essential.
* Patience, empathy, strong communication skills.
