About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team in Chiswick. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support to a child with additional needs, ensuring they can thrive and make the best possible progress in a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support to a child in EYFS, both in and out of the classroom

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies

Encourage social, emotional, and academic development

Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for the child

Liaise with parents, carers, and outside professionals where appropriate

Experience working with children in EYFS, ideally in a 1:1 or SEND support role

Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping children succeed
