About the Role
As a Senior Strategy & Development Analyst at Romcim, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction across our Cement and Building Materials businesses. This position gives you exposure to high-impact initiatives and direct interaction with senior leaders, including Board members. You will contribute to strategic planning, business development, M&A, and cross-functional projects that drive Romcim’s growth.
In this role, you will also support—and occasionally act as a backup for—the Director of Strategy & Development, ensuring continuity of strategic priorities and initiatives.
Responsibilities

-Translate business needs into structured strategic projects with clear objectives and action plans
-Develop analytical frameworks, hypotheses, and project structures across multiple business functions
-Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
-Manage and align diverse stakeholders, ensuring transparency, collaboration, and strategic consistency
-Support M&A activities, including market assessment, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning
-Lead and contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives in areas such as Commercial, Marketing, Supply, and Finance
-Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic documents for senior leadership and C-level audiences

-Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and build financial and market analyses
-Excellent communication skills, including drafting strategic documents and presenting to senior stakeholders
-Advanced project management capabilities, managing multiple workstreams and priorities effectively
-Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build trust across functions
-Solid knowledge of strategy, consulting, M&A, or business development methodologies
-Technical proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
-Behavioral strengths such as proactivity, adaptability, structured problem-solving, and a growth-oriented mindset
