Responsibilities
- Implement IT technical operations (impact analysis and change management) and manage preparation meetings
- Communication plans for weekend operations
- Monitor these operations during weekends (minimum 1 Saturday/Sunday per month)
- Assist operational entities in creating various documentation and ensuring the reliability of impact studies
- Manage operational coordination between technical departments and the Group’s IT departments
- Conduct impact analyses
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes
- Maintain and manage the operations calendar
