Position Overview:We are seeking a Laboratory Director 1HC to lead our team in Grenoble. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering technologies for ICT products, focusing on high-speed architecture (112 Gbps+) and reliability at the board and module levels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our laboratory and drive innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in researching and developing engineering technologies for ICT products, specifically in high-speed board-level architecture and reliability.
- Build a world-class laboratory aligned with the company’s strategic technology distribution and leverage local competitive resources to deliver cutting-edge technologies and platform solutions.
- Proactively identify emerging technology trends and ideas, fostering future-proof solutions that enhance the company’s growth alongside the local technology sector by leveraging strategically competitive resources.
- Create an open environment for local collaboration, developing connections in academia and industry to elevate our client’s contributions within the local technological ecosystem and enhance competitiveness through strategic proposals and technological advancements.
- Strengthen the organization by implementing a flexible human resource strategy that fosters a high-performing team; collaborate with leading experts and high-potential talents; and engage in corporate social responsibility by identifying and nurturing local talent.
- Enhance the center’s platform capabilities in the designated region, effectively communicating core values across cultures while fostering an innovative and open organizational environment.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Over 10 years of experience in high-speed or multi-physics simulation and board/module reliability.
- Expertise in board-level architecture design or complex module design for high-speed signals (112 Gbps+), with a strong background in high-speed signal architecture design or multi-physics simulation modeling techniques.
- Proficient in project management, encompassing commercial, technical, and legal aspects.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a diverse team collaboratively; familiar with working in cross-cultural environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
