Are you passionate about business law and want to join a renowned international company in Brussels? We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to support our global development while ensuring legal compliance and risk management.Your main tasks :
- Provide legal advice on a variety of subjects (commercial law, compliance, contracts, etc.) in connection with the company’s European and international activities;
- Negotiate, draft and review commercial contracts (distribution, e-commerce, logistics, real estate, etc.) in connection with strategic and innovative projects;
- Advising internal teams on current regulations, particularly in the areas of competition law, sustainability and human rights, and providing regular in-house training;
- Working with the Human Resources team on legal issues relating to employment relations (HR policies, dispute management, etc.);
- Manage litigation in coordination with internal and external teams;
- Participate in global or regional projects, particularly in relation to brand management, intellectual property protection and the governance of European subsidiaries;
- To be a key partner for the operational teams, helping them to achieve their objectives while minimising legal risks and ensuring the continuity of their activities.
Your profile :
- Law degree (Master’s) and at least 3 years’ experience as Legal Counsel or in a recognised law firm;
- Solid command of French, Dutch and English (written and spoken);
- Proven experience in business law, commercial law and negotiating IT or technology contracts is a plus;
- Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects;
- Ability to manage multiple files independently while meeting deadlines and operational requirements.
