Buckle up, because this could be your next mission.Your mission as Business Development ManagerAt Sirus, you’ll be the navigator who maintains strong client relationships while exploring new opportunities. Your key tasks include:Nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring they continue to benefit from the solutions we deliver.Hunting for new opportunities, discovering new projects in .NET, Data, M365 and beyond.Collaborating with our IT experts to draft proposals and take the lead on project dossiers.Organizing and participating in Lunch & Learn events and trade shows, keeping your finger on the pulse of the IT world.Thinking outside your tin can to create unique, out-of-this-world sales and marketing events.Will the space suit fit? No problem—you know how to keep track of everything and report like a pro.You can juggle multiple tasks without losing control of the mission.You’re the bridge between our IT consultants and the client, ensuring everyone is on the same page.Coaching and motivating consultants? You’re on it, making sure everyone is on board with new projects.You speak the clients’ language, and know how to pitch and present with confidence.Writing compelling proposals? You’ll collaborate with a technical expert and lead the dossier with confidence.You’re assertive, you like to take ownership of projects, and are comfortable stepping into leadership when needed.You have strong people skills. You know how to build genuine connections and are interested in team dynamics.You’ve got at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Communication Sciences, or something similar.Additional postgraduate qualifications (MaNaMa) are a plus.3 years of experience in inside sales or account management? Perfect.Or maybe you’ve spent 3 years as a consultant, with a strong focus on sales.
