Position overview

We are looking for a detail oriented, self-motivated and organized colleague to join our Treasury Team as Payment & Reporting Specialist. You will be responsible for processing outgoing payments ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, systems and financial controls. 
If you are accurate, detail oriented and have a strong problem solving and decision making skills, then we are waiting for your application.

Responsibilities

•    Preparation of cash requirements, timely and accurate payments execution in ERP;
•    Manual payments processing and follow up in the banking systems;
•    Payments clearing in ERP and reconciliation;
•    Preparation of AP cash flow forecast and various Treasury reports;
•    Payments related inquiries, issue resolution and investigation.

Required skills and experience
-1-2 years of experience in finance field and/or GBS environment;
-Education in relevant field;
-English language is required at Upper-intermediate level: communicate competently and in professional manner;
-Proficiency in Excel and SAP ERP;
-Problem solving and detail-oriented mindset;
-Positive working attitude.
