Broad OverviewThe Marketing Manager UK will be responsible for the Marketing strategy development and successful execution for the designated products within the UK portfolio of commercialised licensed product.The role holder will contribute to and influence all facets of sales and marketing within the commercial department including budgeting, forecasting, launch planning and project management, financial and marketing plan development, market access, sales materials and training, pricing, materials management and new product development and introduction and lead and manage any direct reports.As a Marketing Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:Develop and implement marketing strategy, including marketing plans to drive maximum revenue.Translate the strategic plan into annual operating and business plans, supported by approved budgets, to deliver agreed business goals.Develop and maintain key internal relationships (e.g. sales force and sales force management) to ensure brand success.Effectively communicate clear objectives, key strategies and messages to Regional Account Managers.Develop programmes for market access to drive growth at national, regional and local levels (e.g. formulary adoption)Leading the development roadmap for our customer facing digital products globally (website and app) to support strategic goals, business growth whilst meeting customer needs.Devising a digital marketing strategy that will help drive profitable growth for the business and help lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency in promoting the brand and the customer journey.Lead, mentor and support development of one direct report, the Brand Manager, UK. (The Brand Manager, UK will be in direct charge of three brands for the UK market, and the global responsibility for one of those brands).Work collaboratively, in the spirit of support and co-operation, with other functions within the Company and wider Group to fulfil Commercial Department’s goals and objectives.The above duties and responsibilities are not an exhaustive list and you may be required to undertake any other reasonable duties compatible with your experience and competencies.
