About the role

Your Responsibilities:

• Gather user/stakeholder needs and form the product backlog
• Identify true goals (Jobs To Be Done), describe solution hypotheses
• Define success criteria (select metrics, analyze existing data, Impact Mapping)
• Prioritize the backlog and keep it up to date
• Develop the roadmap and plan timelines
• Develop business requirements (Product Requirements Doc / Functional Requirements / User Stories)
• Assign tasks to designers (Wireframes, prototypes, User Flow)

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner for at least 3 years;
• Deep understanding of all phases of product development;
• Ability to define product vision, development, and implementation strategy in line with market needs;
• Experience in creating high-quality interfaces, understanding UX/UI trends;
• Experience in creating mobile and web applications;
• Experience with product analytics systems (Amplitude);
• Experience in recruiting and building team communications;
• Basic skills in Figma;
• Independence, responsibility, hands-on approach, and quick communication.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS products;
• Experience in Health-Tech / Sport-Tech & Wellbeing sectors;
• Technical background, understanding of API and technologies;
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to independently extract data for analysis;
• Experience with BI systems (datasets, dashboards, charts);
