We’re determined to not only enhance our current market standing but also pave the way for future growth and innovation.Your role :Within the Group Operations and Technical Department, the Zero Emission Project Manager (M/F) will be responsible for working with local teams to pilot and deploy a range of tools to support the design and operations of Transdev’s zero emission bus fleets around the world.You will be accountable for optimizing resources and developing sound policies within the group to enhance the level of performance in each region.Working to the Energy Transition Director, your main responsibilities will be:
- Project manage the development, piloting and deployment of Transdev’s internal zero emission digital tools across different operations in France and internationally.
- Lead work on the creation of a zero emission service catalogue covering all the potential needs of a fleet transition to zero emission operations: network planning, scheduling, rostering, fleet sizing, infrastructure conception, buses/chargers monitoring, battery health monitoring, smart charging etc.
- To develop expertise in zero emission bus deployment, carrying out technical tasks or providing advice on selected aspects of zero emission bus fleet operations (training provided).
- Represent, advocate and promote Transdev’s approach to the transition to zero emission transport, both internally and externally.
Your profile :
- Experienced in delivering projects, managing time, cost and quality constraints with an awareness of the project management tools and methodologies that can support this.
- Demonstrable experience at building and maintaining effective relationships with external and internal partners.
- Adept at working across teams and/or countries and cultures to deliver results. Experience of managing external contracts would be a bonus.
- Passionate about the opportunities created by the transition to zero emission transport. Experience in the fields of public transport and/or zero emission transport and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Confident engaging with technical specialists and subject matter experts.
- Strong organisational skills, with the capability to prioritise and balance multiple areas of work simultaneously
- to ensure they remain on track.
- A professional level of English and French are required for this role, fluency in Spanish would be a plus
