• Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture where every child feels supported and valued.

• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupils’ development both academically and personally.

What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4.
• A thorough understanding of the national curriculum and assessment practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for inspiring children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to contribute to a supportive team environment.
