Start Date: ASAPWe are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our supportive and thriving primary school community in Brentwood. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative educator who is committed to fostering a positive learning environment and making a real difference in the lives of our young learners.About the Role:
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, stimulating lessons and supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of your students. You will create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning, while ensuring high standards of achievement and progress.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all students feel valued and supported
• Work closely with other staff to develop cross-curricular projects and activities
• Promote students’ personal development, well-being, and behaviour
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the school and its teaching practices

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
• A passion for primary education and working with young children
• Creative, enthusiastic, and able to engage students through inspiring lessons
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience in teaching Year 3 is desirable, but not essential
• A commitment to providing a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
