Step Teachers are working with a welcoming primary school in Enfield to find an experienced and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher. The role is set to commence as soon as possible on a long-term supply basis, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a thriving, one-form entry church school.Year 3 Teacher – Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons aligned with the Year 3 curriculum.
• Maintain a well-organised classroom environment, ensuring the safe use and storage of all equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the school to support student learning.
• Assess student progress, monitor their development, and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and contribute to a positive school culture.

Year 3 Teacher – Requirements:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
• Possess a strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Have recent experience as a Year 3 Teacher in a primary school setting.
• Demonstrate effective classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be proactive in planning, with the ability to adapt lessons from the previous year’s plans.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and be committed to the values of the school.
