At Vision for Education, we are working in partnership with a large Primary School based in Rochester for a Year 1 Teacher. If you’re a committed, forwarding-thinking and flexible teacher who is passionate about education, then I would love to hear from you.A successful Year 1 Teacher, you must have a genuine passion for inspiring young minds, the ability to build strong trusting relationships with the pupils. Compassion and empathy is key to supporting these young children at their early stages of their educational journey.We welcome ECT’s for this position.Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience of working with KS1 pupils.
• Great understanding of literacy and numeracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be willing to obtain a DBS and upload onto the update service.
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet pupils’ needs.
