Your line manager will not have the authority to authorize or halt your application, but must be properly informed.Misión del puesto: #LI-CG1Dirigir, coordinar y promover todo el procesos de construcción y reforma de los inmuebles del grupo en la zona asignada, en base a las políticas y normas establecidas así como las directrices del Works Senior Project Management Leader,. con el objetivo de optimizar la ejecución de los proyectos de construcción y reforma (calidad, coste y tiempo) y la futura explotación del edificio.¿Qué buscamos?

• Estudios de Arquitectura o ingeniería con especialización en Gestión de proyectos.
• Conocimientos avanzados en edificación y gestión de diferentes proyectos simultáneos.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés.
• Min. De 4 años de experiencia en puestos de responsabilidad en gestión de proyectos de construcción, obra y mantenimiento.
• Compromiso de residencia en Palma de Mallorca.
