Description

1. JOB PURPOSE

The Technical Workplace Expert will be responsible for providing technical support on all the products deployed on AXA GO population and expertise to ensure the smooth functioning of workplace technology and systems. He/She will be responsible to manage the security and compliance of all workplace solutions deployed. AXA GO population is more than 6000 users, spreads on 13 countries. AXA GO France represents 50% of this population.

2. DIMENSIONS

  • Overseeing the configuration, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of workplace technology and Products.
  • Collaborating with Products teams to implement and support workplace technology solutions.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to end-users to resolve technical issues and improve their overall workplace experience.
  • Conducting regular assessments of workplace technology needs and making recommendations for upgrades or improvements.

Developing and maintaining documentation for workplace technology systems and procedures.

3. CONTEXT & MAJOR CHALLENGES

  • Rapid Technological Changes: Keeping up with the constant evolution of workplace technologies and ensuring that the organization’s systems remain current and efficient.
  • User Support and Training: Providing effective support to end-users and ensuring that they are trained on new technologies and best practices.
  • Cybersecurity Threats: Protecting the organization’s systems and data from cyber threats and ensuring that security measures are up to date and effective.
  • Integration of Systems: Ensuring that different workplace technologies and systems can effectively communicate and integrate with each other to provide a seamless user experience.

Balancing Innovation and Stability: Striking a balance between implementing new innovative technologies and ensuring the stability and reliability of existing systems.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Part of the End User Support, your technical skills will help to solve issue and propose solution of problems.
  • Responsible for end-to-end life cycle of the products used by GO Divisions.
  • Responsible to define, setup and operate day to day relationship management with the GO product partners operating the standard technical solutions of GO.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance and security standards of GO and AXA Group

Qualifications

PROFILE

1/ Skills needed:

  • Strong technical expertise on workplace environment.
  • Project management experience on agile methodology.
  • Strong appetite for managing the end-to-end engineering lifecycle of IT products and guarantee service level agreements.
  • Ability to define and setup target operating models for new assets.
  • Ability to report and document.

2/ Educational background & experience:

  • Master in computer sciences
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the function to be performed.

3/ Personality and interpersonal skills:

  • Self-driven.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to analyze technical feature and environment, step back and assess risks and opportunities.
  • Ability to exchange with non IT people.
