· Manage dedicated Controller Team (7 positions + managed services)· Build trust with Business teams through advice, support and positive challenge· Contribute to strenghten & improve Finance foundations, processes & cultureQualifications1- Leadership Capabilities· Communication skills / ability to establish trust and credibility· Full English proficiency§ Integrity§ Problem solving§ Process focus2- Education & Experience§ Education– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance or economics– Financial skills, understanding of business economics, business case foundations– Proven experience in Controlling– Good knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods§ Experience & technical skills5 + years in Finance area
