To help us achieve this, we’re seeking an enthusiastic Safety Specialist. With your Bias for Action we will need you to step in and support the Health and Safety (EHS) team in one of our Fulfillment Centers. The successful candidate will be an experienced, innovative and hands-on individual who is passionate about Health and Safety in a professional context. In time, we’ll expect you to become as customer-centric as we are and apply this to your work each day. You will also need to be able to identify, coordinate and drive improvements in Safety, while engaging operational and other support function stakeholders. The Safety Specialist will report directly to the Fulfillment Center EHS Manager. Key job responsibilities – Monitor site performance against set KPIs and create plans to improve processes – Set up workplace health and safety programmes and arrange training sessions – Analyse safety metrics and incident trends to help colleagues plan appropriate resources for areas with the highest risk – Carry out audits to make sure your site is compliant with relevant health and safety laws and implement solutions where you identify risks About the team We’re a team of 7 that take care about those that take care about our customers. WHS Specialist & 5 WHS Technician report to WHS Manager who lead the team on Insisting on the Highest Standards on daily job.
