What you’ll do

As a Working Student (f/m/d), youll play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency, professionalism and communication.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Management Support: Assist in organizing day-to-day activities e.g., analyzing data, create reports, manage small projects.

• Professional Presentations: Create visually stunning and concise presentations that make complex ideas simple and engaging – audience: Executives.

• Excel Lists & Reports: Handle, manage, and update Excel data to support key decisions.

• SharePoint Updates: Design and maintain SharePoint pages for internal communication and collaboration.

• MS Office Magic: Leverage your MS Office skills to create seamless documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

What you bring

• Student Status: Youre currently enrolled at a university or a university of applied sciences (preferably in Business, IT)

• Tech-Savvy: Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and a quick learner for new tools like SharePoint

• Detail-Oriented: Youre organized, precise, and love crossing things off your checklist

• Creativity: You enjoy designing presentations and SharePoint pages with a modern touch

• Team Spirit: You collaborate well in German & English, communicate clearly, and contribute your ideas with confidence

• Flexibility: Youre eager to adapt to new tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Now, were looking for a motivated Working Student (f/m/d) to join us and make a real impact by supporting senior management and streamlining our digital operations.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
