Where you belong

We are looking for a sharp, business-minded working student to join our Data & AI Customer Success team and support day-to-day operations at the intersection of data, strategy, and AI. You will work closely with senior team members on a range of analytical, operational, and communication tasks. 

This is not a passive role. We value initiative, structured thinking, and the ability to translate messy business problems into clear outputs — whether that is a crisp Excel model, a compelling PowerPoint story, or a well-prompted AI workflow.

What you´ll build 

Build and maintain advanced Excel models, trackers, and dashboards to support pipeline analysis and territory performance reporting 

Create executive-quality PowerPoint presentations for QBRs, leadership reviews, and stakeholder meetings 

Leverage LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) daily to draft, summarize, research, and automate recurring workflows 

Coordinate multiple concurrent projects with high management visibility, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication across stakeholders 

Support cross-functional business initiatives with research, documentation, and structured output preparation

What you bring 

-Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of Business Administration
-Preferred fields of study: currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
-Computer skills:

-Advanced Excel & PowerPoint — dynamic models, pivot tables, master slide layouts, and visual storytelling at an executive level
-LLM proficiency — daily hands-on usage of AI tools with strong prompting skills and workflow integration
-Business acumen — solid grasp of commercial logic, KPIs, pipeline, and P&L dynamics
-Organizational & project management skills — ability to track multiple workstreams, prioritize under pressure, and deliver in high-visibility environments
-Communication & structured thinking — translates ambiguous asks into polished, stakeholder-ready deliverables independently
-Language skills: Fluent in English and ideally German
-Soft skills:

-Great to work with – communicative, collaborative and easy to rely on
-Organized –  ability to track multiple workstreams and prioritize under pressure
-Brings positive energy and personality to the team  
 

As an attractive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current “Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik”, a minimum of 1703EUR gross/month/full time for interns and 2547EUR gross/month/full time for working students, in addition to generous additional benefits.
