What you’ll do

Supporting the SAP MCC Chief Data Scientist as management assistants with

• Evaluation of use cases for AI based tool support like usage of

• Chat Bots

• AI Agents

• Analysis of

• Joule capabilities for MCC

• MCCs Personal Intelligent Assistant use cases

• Data evaluations with SAP Analytics and MS Excel

• Decision Papers in MS word

• Documentation in SharePoint and workspace

• Preparation, follow up and action item tracking

• Participation in automation projects

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university

• Eagerness to learn about AI

• Computer skills: MS products, JAVA programming is a plus

• Language skills: ( fluent in English, German as a plus)

• Soft skills: ( team player, expert in organizing, reliable, drive, high quality standards, analytical)

Meet your team

Provide the SAP Mission Control Center teams with tools, guidance, operations & standards that enable them to execute day-to-day and management activities efficiently, in high quality and with a highly positive business value for our internal and external customers.

• Detect: Build technical capabilities for the MCC teams that provide system alerts before critical customer situations occur.

• Protect: Enhance the tool suite architecture addressing critical situations and seamlessly integrate it into SAPs IT architecture.

• Correct: Provide valuable business information as input for steering the day-to-day global and regional operations.

• Prevent: Distribute know-how and up-to-date learning content to ensure best-in-class operational excellence.

• Accelerate: Increase the level of automation in high volume business as well as in one-to-many customer engagements.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
