RESPONSIBILITIES

Join us now as a working student to get to know our People Data & Talent Management Services division and to strengthen our international team. Become a part of our mission to develop our global HR Data Services in terms of quality and efficiency. Help us to optimize processes through new technologies and working methods.

• As an important part of the team, you support the operational communication and implementation of various data visualization projects.
• You do not only merge data from different sources and visualize them in digital dashboards but also help analyzing structural data
• In that context you interpret trends to gain insights, draw conclusions and create scenarios.
• Additionally, you support our specialists in presenting results target group oriented and help advise our global internal partners within the BASF group.
• Last but not least, you have the opportunity to participate in exciting optimization projects, contribute your ideas and thus shape the further development of the team and unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

• enrolled student in business administration, social sciences, human resources or a related field of study with focus on data analytics

• very good knowledge of MS Excel

• ideally initial experience in using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI as well as SAP (module HCM, SAP BI or R)

• excellent communication skills in German as well as in English

• strong analytical thinking and result-oriented execution of tasks with high degree of personal responsibility

• you enjoy working together in an international team
