Working Capital Team ManagerFinance & Accounting is a fundamental business function that demands skilled professionals to handle everything from basic accounting entries to complex financial analysis and reporting.We are seeking a motivated Finance professional with in-depth knowledge of both the Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes. This role involves close collaboration with Global Service Centers, Vendors, Customers, and internal teams to ensure timely invoice payments and efficient debt recovery, thereby maintaining a healthy cash flow. A key objective is to build a robust multi brand Finance Team to support ongoing business growth.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Collections and Vendor Payment performance, leading teams responsible for these tasks.Conduct periodic reviews of KPIs and SLAs, providing feedback on opportunities and areas for improvement.Implement and standardize systems to enhance NPS, efficiency, and cash flow.Foster cultural integration by collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.Develop strategies for Collections and Cash Flow Improvement to manage revenue and financial health.Partner with Process Owners to drive process improvements and efficient setups, addressing upstream impacts.Achieve working capital improvements in line with monthly and annual targets.Implement new business processes and adapt to customer and vendor requirements.Collaborate with various functions and Process Owners to resolve open workflows.We are looking forStrong knowledge of Collection and Payables processesExpertise in PTP (Procure to Pay) and OTC (Order to Cash) processes, with a deep understanding of their upstream impactsExperience managing large teams and team leadersExperience collaborating with Global Service CentersProject management experience is a plusProficient in English, both written and verbalHands-on experience with systems such as Kewill, CargoWise, SAP, and S4Required business / technical knowledgeProficiency in MS Office, Kewill, CargoWise, SAP, EDI, Self-bill, and third-party portals is essentialDSO reductionDPO reductionReduction in overdue debt (to vendors and from Customers)Process improvementsAs part of our pre-employment screening, we ask you to provide a VOG​#LI-FR1Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
