About the Role:

As an experienced Workforce Planning Analyst, you will analyse and forecast current and future workforce needs. Your expertise in data collection, analysis, and forecasting will enable you to provide valuable insights that drive evidence-based decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.  You’ll use your storytelling skills to translate data into compelling narratives that influence senior stakeholders, helping to align workforce strategies with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

-Analysis and Insight – Moderate to complex analysis using data, trends, workshops, perform gap analysis, all to understand the challenges faced by the Business and provide insight to influence change.
-Data Led Approach – Diagnose the shape and structure of the total workforce in terms of shape e.g. spans and layers, attrition, tenure, accountability and capability.
-Change Management – Design and implement change programmes to meet HR and business needs; partner with various teams and prioritise critical initiatives.
-Subject Matter Expertise – Develop deep knowledge of organisation design and advise the business on best practices for optimising talent and capability, helping to ensure that the right enterprise-wide conclusion is reached.
-Team player – Serve as a trusted and active team member on the OE team and collaborating with the wider HR team. Partner and provide consultancy to the HR Business Partners, and other HR and Business stakeholders.
 

What you will bring:

-Strong HR or related experience with knowledge of Org Design, Workforce Data and experience using recognised tools and practices an advantage.
-Strong analysis skills – Data and requirements, investigating and reporting, identifying gaps and closing strategies.
-Strong people engagement skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organisation, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations.
-Project Management experience including planning, building a business case, risk and issue management, multi-tasking and prioritisation, supplier management.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tools such as Power BI.
