Job description

As a member of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams, you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, cloud-based HR or financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

We are looking for a Workday HCM Functional Analyst to join our fast-growing team.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise
• Independently leading your own workstream and reporting on progress
• Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Necessary skills/experience:

• Fluency in English and Italian
• A strong desire to build a career surrounding the Workday platform and to work with clients to provide exceptional experiences
• Motivated and solution-oriented by nature
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment
• Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Knowledge on HR processes would be beneficial but is not essential
• Experience in a professional environment, ideally in consulting would be preferred
