Strada is currently recruiting for a number of Workday Associates. As a Workday Associate you will play a vital role in configuring and testing the Workday solution.You will play a key role as part of an industry-leading team, helping to drive results for our customers by delivering innovative and effective solutions within our EMEA Workday Practice.Workday is an on-demand Financial and Human Capital Management software provider, founded on the cutting-edge principles of Software as a Service (SaaS) technology. Strada partners with both new and existing Workday customers to design, test, configure and deploy the Workday Cloud Enterprise Platform.A typical day can include:

• Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, broadening your experience and skillset within Human Capital Management.
• Understand customer requirements to configure and test the Workday solution, with support from consultants on your team
• Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team
• Understand and apply Workday and Strada methodologies
• Contribute to Strada’s financial performance by delivering excellence and managing your work on several concurrent projects

• English Advanced
• Experience with MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
