We are now seeking an experienced Work Package Coordinator to strengthen our project team in Hilleroed. We are involved in constructing a large international project in Hilleroed, where we are responsible for the technical trade contract for Fire Protection, which includes sprinkler systems, Inert Gas, Fire Hose Reel, Dry Riser, Smoke Fan Ventilation, and Fire Detection systems. In this context, you will be a key focal point to ensure the success of the project.As a Work Package Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing specific work packages within our extensive expansion project in a pharmaceutical company, where we execute Fire Protection tasks. You will work closely with project management and various teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the construction process occurs within the agreed intervals, so that the individual milestones are met. Therefore, the success of the project will depend on your abilities and overview, ensuring that all parties involved in the construction always have the updated detailed plan, allowing us to deliver high quality within the agreed timeframe.You can look forward to being a valuable part of a committed and professionally proud team, where your skills will make a significant difference daily.Responsibilities:

• System management of Advanced Workface Planning, where all obstacles, procurement, execution, progress, etc. are measured and used as management tools.
• Scheduling and ensuring that the project follows the planned timeframe.
• Reporting on the project’s future and results.
• Leading advanced workface planning meetings.

Who are you?

• Plumber, engineer, building constructor, mechanical engineer, or other relevant education.
• Experience with scheduling and the ability to develop and maintain detailed schedules.
• Familiarity with advanced workface planning systems would be a plus but not a requirement.
• Experience in plumbing or sprinkler work.
• Good IT skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
