• Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat to Italian-speaking customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to products or services.
• Efficiently handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of the Italian market and culture is advantageous.
