• Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation services, bookings, and travel itineraries.

• Maintain accurate records and track customer interactions for quality assurance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
