• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests related to our services.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Inform customers about our services and guide them through the usage process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to continually enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt to a new environment and work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
