• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist customers with inquiries, providing information and solutions related to our services.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure service quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to continuously improve service delivery.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
• Interest in the services industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
