• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with team members to enhance the overall service experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; a relocation package will be provided.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
• Interest in the industry and customer service excellence is a plus.
