You will be a senior member of the directorate team, alongside managing a range of activity to support and develop student access and success. This includes leading the management and delivery of Royal Holloway’s widening access commitments as outlined in the APP, focused on leading the team to deliver high impact outreach and widening participation activity including long-term outreach programmes, residential courses, attainment raising, and other interventions.Applicants to this high-profile position should have a good understanding of strategic issues relating to student access to, and success in, higher education, alongside knowledge and understanding of student transition into university, with demonstrable experience of delivering student access and success interventions.
