Join our team as Working Student (f/m/d) – Insights Hub (Cloud SaaS) Sales Operations and help us digitalize the future. A wide range of tasks, strong team spirit, responsibility, fun and dedication are included for up to 20 hours/week.

Based: Munich or Erlangen, Germany. Hybrid / Working on-location. Part-time.

What we’re looking for

• You will assist in day-to-day business as needed and can gain experience in a creative work environment

• Process analysis in SaaS business and back-office support for our Sales teams

• Preparing various evaluations, statistics and analyses and conducting research, especially regarding renewals, overdue and fluctuation rates

• Supporting the creation of Salesforce/SAP reports, dashboards as well as updating data entries

• Development & implementation of improvement measures or requirements for the quote-to-order and marketplace processes incl. preparation and support of presentations and workshops

What you’ll bring

• You are studying at a university in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics or a similar course of study.

• Ideally, you have an analytical attitude and first experiences in Sales, Project Management or Customer Success Management

• You have very good knowledge of the MS Office Suite, especially in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Good skills in interaction and effective communication with people at all levels and in different cultures

• Self-initiative, ability to work in a team as well as an independent way of working are an advantage

• You have a strong curiosity about familiarizing yourself with promising topics such as IoT and SaaS and have a quick grasp of new things

• Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile; German skills would be a benefit
