As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the classroom, creating an encouraging, supportive, and engaging learning environment — all while promoting the Welsh language and culture.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere to keep students motivated.Support children’s bilingual learning, encouraging confidence in both Welsh and English.Assist the teacher with classroom setup and daily activities.Supervise students during break times and lunch.Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and structured environment.Provide 1:1 or small group support to students who need extra help.What We’re Looking For:Fluent Welsh speaker, passionate about supporting bilingual education.
